Thermal analysis, antimicrobial and antioxidant studies of thiosemicarbazone derivatives

Abstract The aim of the presented research was to evaluate antimicrobial, anti-tuberculosis and antioxidant activity thiosemicarbazone derivatives. thermal stability degradation nineteen compounds were determined. results obtained in vitro tests indicate potential selected against Staphylococcus aureus , epidermidis Mycobacterium tuberculosis . Some turned out be active free radical scavengers at same time Fe 3+ reducing agents. performed TGA, c-DTA measurements showed different stable T2 derivative most thermally resistant. On other hand, T11 least analysis that derivatives underwent two-stage decomposition (13 samples).
